- Privacy Violations: Attempting to identify anonymous message senders
- Commercial Use: Using the service for commercial purposes without permission
Consequences: Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice.
5. Content Moderation
AI-Powered Moderation: All messages sent through Whisprr are automatically processed by artificial intelligence to ensure kindness and positivity.
How Moderation Works
- Automatic Filtering: AI analyzes every message before delivery
- Content Rewriting: Messages are rewritten to be more kind and constructive
- Blocking: Harmful or inappropriate content is blocked entirely
- No Human Review: Messages are not reviewed by human moderators
Account Actions
- Warning: First-time violations may result in warnings
- Suspension: Repeated violations lead to temporary account suspension
- Termination: Severe or repeated violations result in permanent account termination
- No Appeals: Account actions are final and not subject to appeal
6. AI Processing Disclosure
Important Notice: Your messages are processed by third-party AI services to ensure kindness and safety.

- OpenAI: Primary AI service for message processing and rewriting
- Google Gemini: Backup AI service when OpenAI is unavailable
What This Means
- Your messages are sent to these AI services for analysis
- AI services may store your messages temporarily for processing
- We do not control how these services handle your data

7. Intellectual Property
